Heart Attack Symptoms
Symptoms Of Heart Attack
There are heart attack symptoms before the stroke hits but often they are neglected. Heart disease is one of the largest killers in the world today; in 10 years heart disease has claimed over ten million lives in the United Kingdom alone. This awful condition is growing in confidence due to our own lifestyle so its about time we looked at the way we live and make changes to combat the onslaught of heart disease and its dangerous affects.
At some point in their life everyone will come into contact with the ravages of symheart disease, even if it isn’t themselves that suffers the ill effects of this condition, it is extremely likely that someone they care about will become bedridden in hospital, if not die from this dangerous disease.
The symptoms of a heart attack are sometimes loud and clear but many people are still putting themselves at the risk of heart disease because of their diet and lifestyle, but what about our diet and lifestyle is putting us all at such risk?
If you look at the average person today in the western world you will notice one thing in common, a poor diet, an enjoyment of alcohol and cigarettes plus a tendency to rely on technology so we are less active.
This is no more apparent in England where the everyday life of people has become the biggest advert of the wrong lifestyle to combat heart disease.
Many of the younger in age across the famous country known as England have lost that stiff upper lip and resolve of years gone by and spend most of their days being very inactive, surfing the Internet, watching TV, using their vehicles to go to the local shops, drinking and smoking heavily and eating a poor diet of manufactured meals that can be cooked in a microwave.
What many people don’t realize is that the lifestyle they lead is leading to heart attack symtoms, not because of how hard they are making it work physically, more because of how little they are doing yet pushing how hard they make their organs work by their eating and drinking habits.
If you look at days gone by when heart disease was still around but not quite so rife. You will see that our ancestors were eating more healthily and were a lot more active in their everyday life, this kept their heart healthy reducing the risks of heart disease.
We need to find a way of stopping heart disease before it costs even more lives, the only danger of this is the lack of control we have over how other people live.
Only time will tell if we can find a way of changing the way people live to fight the onslaught of heart disease through our own lifestyle decisions. It has taken a great many years for our present lifestyles to become a health problem, but how long will it take to change this?
